Fan Shroud, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the left and right wheel spoiler. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER .

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

-- Remove the Transmission Fluid Cooling Pump -V478- with the bracket. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooling Pump -V478-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolt -1-.

-- Place the :VAS6208 underneath.

-- Loosen the hose clamp -3-, lift the clamp -2- and remove the coolant hoses.

-- Disconnect the connectors -1 and 2- for the radiator fan.

-- To release the retainers -arrow-, disengage the brackets -3- with the connectors on the right side and free up.

-- Remove the bolts to the left and right -arrows- and push the radiator bracket slightly with the radiator toward the front.

-- Press the fan shroud left and right locking tabs at the same time in direction of -arrow- and remove the fan shroud upward from the radiator.
