1. Bolt
   • 30 Nm
2. Tensioner
   • For the ribbed belt
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONER FOR Generator -C-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
3. Bolt
   • Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - GENERATOR .
   • Quantity: 2
4. Generator -C-
   • Removing and installing. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
5. Bolt
   • 20 Nm
   • Quantity: 4
6. Bracket
   • For the Generator -C-
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Generator -C- BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
7. Alignment Sleeve
8. Alignment Pin
9. Vibration Damper
   • With friction disc (diamond disc) for the connection security between the vibration damper and the crankshaft stub (cannot be delivered separately)
   • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information for the allocation.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
10. Bolt
    • Tightening Specifications
      • Pre-tightening 50 Nm
      • Final tightening specification 100 Nm +180°
    • Replace after removing
11. Ribbed Belt
    • Check for wear
    • Do not kink
    • Belt path. Refer to Fig 2.
    • Before removing, mark the running direction using chalk or a felt-tip pen.
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Generator -C- RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the belt pulleys
12. Bolt
    • 30 Nm
