Engine Support, Removing And Installing

Left Engine Support, Removing 

-- 2.9L engine: lower the subframe. Refer to SUBFRAME, LOWERING .

-- 3.0L engine: remove the engine mount. Refer to LEFT ENGINE MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 3.0L ENGINE .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and the engine support -1-.

Right Engine Support, Removing

-- Remove the engine mount. Refer to RIGHT ENGINE MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolt -2- and press the coolant pipe on the right side of the engine -3- to the side slightly.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and the engine support -1-.

Installing 

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

-- If removed, install the engine mount. Refer to ENGINE MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- If lowered, install the subframe. Refer to SUBFRAME, LOWERING .

Tightening Specifications 

• Refer to OVERVIEW - ASSEMBLY MOUNTS
