Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 2.9L ENGINE

Removal - Vehicles with Version 1 Charge Air System: 

-- Loosen the hose clamps -1 and 3- and remove the air duct hose.

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.

-- Remove the bolt -2- and the Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-.

Removal - Vehicles with Version 2 Charge Air System:

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.

-- Remove the bolt -2- and the Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-.

Installing 

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

• Check the O-ring for damage. Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR SYSTEM .

Tightening Specifications 

• Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR SYSTEM 
• Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR HOSE CONNECTIONS .
