- Removing and installing. Refer to OIL SEPARATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Replace after removing

- For the crankcase ventilation
- To the turbocharger
Bolt
- 4 Nm
- Thread cutting
- Instructions for tightening the self-tapping bolts. Refer to BOLTS AND NUTS .
Seal
- Replace after removing
Bolt
- Thread cutting
- Instructions for tightening the self-tapping bolts. Refer to BOLTS AND NUTS .
- Tightening Specifications and Sequence
  - Rest of World version. Refer to Fig 2.
  - China market version. Refer to Fig 3.

Existing Threads:

-- Tighten the bolts to 8 Nm in the sequence -1 to 7-.

New Tapping Threads:

-- Install the bolts to 11 Nm in the sequence -1 to 7-.
