Charge Air Pressure Actuator -V465-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Installing

- If the charge air pressure actuator is replaced, apply the installation position of the lock nut on the new charge air pressure actuator.
-- Bring the Charge Air Pressure Actuator -V465- into the installation position and tighten the bolts -3-.
-- Install the control rod until it contacts the lock nut -2- in the operating lever -1-.
-- Connect the connector -4-.
-- If the Charge Air Pressure Actuator -V465- is replaced, the adaptation value must be adapted using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
-- Connect the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
-- Select Diagnostic operating mode and Start diagnostics .
-- Select the Select individual test tab and select the following tree structure consecutively:
- Drivetrain
- Select the engine code and engine
- 01 - OBD-capable systems .
- 01 - Engine Electronics
- 01 - Engine electronics, functions
- 01 - Charge Air Pressure Actuator -V465 adjusting
Further installation is performed in reverse order of the removal.
