Radiator, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolt -arrow- on the left and right.

-- Unclip and remove the lower section -1- of the air duct.

-- Lift the clamp -arrow- and remove the left upper coolant hose from the radiator.

CAUTION:

Risk of damaging the retainers due to improper handling.

- Carefully release the retainers.

-- Carefully release the locking tab -4- with hex fitting long reach special wrench 6 mm -item 2- with socket 6 mm -item 1- -arrow- are remove the radiator -3- carefully toward the rear from the charge air cooler.

-- Repeat the process on the opposite side and remove the radiator.
