Coolant Valves, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the front noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

-- Open the clip -2- and free up the coolant hose -1- and push to the side.

-- Remove the clip upward from the air duct pipe.

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.

-- Remove the nuts -arrows-.

-- Place a cloth underneath to catch any escaping coolant.

-- Clamp off the coolant hoses on the Transmission Coolant Valve -N488- with Hose Clamps - Up To 25mm Hose Clamps - Up To 25mm:3094 and remove, to do so loosen the hose clamps -2-.

-- Remove the coolant valve.
