- O-Ring
- Coat with all-wheel drive clutch oil and insert.
- After removal replace the all-wheel drive clutch
- All-Wheel Drive Control Module -J492-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CONTROL MODULE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolts
- 9.5 ± 0.5 Nm
- Quantity: 2
- Flange/Driveshaft Seal
Replacing. Refer to INPUT SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING .
- Flange/Driveshaft
- Removing and Installing. Refer to INPUT SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING .
- Nut
- 210 Nm
- Secure using Locking Fluid:D 000 600
- Bolts
- 50 Nm
- Quantity: 4
- All-Wheel Drive Clutch Housing
- All-Wheel Drive Clutch, Removing and Installing. Refer to ALL WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- O-Ring
- Always replace
- Quantity: 2
- 43.5 mm diameter
- For the All-Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-
- Coat with all-wheel drive clutch oil and insert.
- All-Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to ALL WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- 9.5 ± 0.5 Nm
- Quantity: 2
- Rear Final Drive
- Removing and Installing. Refer to FINAL DRIVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
