1. Brake Pad Springs
   • Replace when replacing the pads
   • Check for proper seating
2. Bleed Screw
   • 18 Nm
3. Protective Cap
4. Brake Pad Wear Indicator Wire
   • Replace when replacing the pads
   • Refer to BRAKE PAD WEAR INDICATOR WIRE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, SIX-PISTON STEEL BRAKE 
5. Brake Hose
   • Tightening specification: brake hose to brake caliper, 14 Nm
   • Replace if damaged
   • Make sure the brake hose is routed correctly. Make sure the brake hose is not pinched, bent, twisted or rubbing against the vehicle.
   • Make sure that tabs are properly seated in the grooves on the bracket.
6. Bracket
   • For the brake line/hose
7. Brake Line
   • With standard tool: 14 Nm
   • With special tool. Refer to Figure 12 Nm
   • Do not change the bending shape.
   • Replace a damaged or bent brake line
8. Springs
   • Replace if damaged
9. Bolt
   • 200 Nm
10. Wheel Bearing Housing
11. Bracket
    • For brake hose and wire
12. Bolt
    • 8 Nm
13. Brake Shield
    • Refer to BRAKE SHIELD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING 
14. Bolt
    • 12 Nm
15. Brake Rotor
    • Always replace on both axles, at the same time the brake pads must also be replaced
    • Allocation. Refer to the Parts Information.
    • Do not use excessive force to separate the brake rotor from the wheel hub. Use rust remover, if necessary, otherwise the brake rotor could be damaged.
    • Refer to BRAKE ROTOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, ALL STEEL BRAKES 
16. Bolt
    • 4.5 Nm
17. Brake Pad Retaining Plate
    • Replace when replacing the pads
    • Check for proper seating
18. Brake Pad Retaining Plate
    • Replace when replacing the pads
    • Check for proper seating
19. Brake Pads
    • Always replace on both axles.
    • Allocation. Refer to the Parts Information.
    • Check the pad thickness. For the wear limit. Refer to BRAKE PADS, CHECKING THICKNESS
    • Refer to BRAKE PADS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, SIX-PISTON STEEL BRAKE 
    • Inner right brake pad with brake pad wear sensor
20. Brake Caliper
    • Do not disconnect the brake hose when replacing a brake pad
    • Allocation. Refer to the Parts Information.
    • Refer to BRAKE CALIPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, SIX-PISTON STEEL BRAKE 
    • Refer to BRAKE CALIPER PISTON, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, SIX-PISTON BRAKE

Do Not Loosen the Threaded Connections A and B arrows on the Brake Caliper
