Hood, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the washer nozzles. Refer to WASHER NOZZLES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the grommet -1-.

-- Guide the wiring harness/washer fluid hose -2- out of the hood and free it up.

-- Remove the gas-filled strut. Refer to GAS-FILLED STRUT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the nuts -arrows-. 

-- Remove the hood -3- with a second technician.
