Overview - Oil Pan/Oil Pump

- Oil Level Thermal Sensor -G266-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Oil Level Thermal Sensor -G266-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Seal
- Replace after removing
- If the seal is not available separately, then the Oil Level Thermal Sensor -G266- must be replaced
- Oil Drain Plug or Plug
- Oil drain plug for sheet metal oil pan lower section
- Oil Drain Plug 30 Nm
- Plug for plastic oil pan lower section
- Turn the plug all the way using a flat-head screwdriver or a coin
- Gasket/O-Ring
- Replace after removing
- Allocation. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Seal/Liquid Sealant
- Replace the seal after removal.
- Allocation. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Bolt
- 4 Nm +45°
- Replace after removing
- Oil Baffle
- Replace after removing
- O-Rings
- Replace after removing
- Coat with engine oil
- Suction Line
- Clean the screen if there are debris
- Centering Bracket
- Quantity: 2
- For the oil pump
- Bolt
- Replace after removing
- Tightening sequence. Refer to Fig 4.
- Oil Pan Upper Section
- Removing and Installing. Refer to OIL PAN UPPER SECTION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Cylinder Block
- Oil Pump Drive Chain
- Mark the running direction before removal
- Bolt
- 9 Nm
- Chain Tensioner
- O-Ring
- Replace after removing
- Coat with engine oil
- Oil Pressure Regulation Valve -N428-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Oil Pressure Regulation Valve -N428-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Tightening specification -item : Bolt.
- Oil Screen
- Oil Pump
- Removing and Installing. Refer to OIL PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Oil Pan Lower Section Made of Plastic - Tightening Specification and Sequence
- Replace bolts that were tightened with an additional turn after removing them.
-- Tighten the bolts in the steps in the sequence shown:

Oil Pan Upper Section - Tightening Specifications and Sequence
- Replace bolts that were tightened with an additional turn after removing them.
- If when removing 14 bolts are installed then for the assembly 18 bolts must always be used.
Depending on the Version, Aluminum or Steel Bolts may be Installed.
A - Aluminum Bolts:
