Coolant Pump, Removing And Installing: Removing

Depending on the model, preliminary work may be required. Refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Loosen the bolts -1 through 4- and remove the coolant pump from the Engine Temperature Control Actuator -N493-.

-- Remove the toothed belt from the coolant pump.

NOTE:

If the coolant pump cannot be removed as described, remove the Throttle Valve Control Module -GX3-. Refer to Throttle Valve Control Module -GX3-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
