Battery Tray, Removing And Installing, Q3, 0K0, 0K4: Removing

-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the battery. Refer to Battery -A-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, Q3, 0K0 .

-- Versions with NOx Sensor Control Module -J583- : loosen -item 2- from the battery tray and move to the side, to do so release the catches -3 and 4- and remove the bracket -1- upwards -arrow-.

-- Equipped on some models: loosen the transmission ventilation hose -1- on the battery tray and move it to the side to do so release the catch -arrow- and remove the bracket upward.

-- Free up the wiring harness.
