1. Brake Pedal
   • The path of the brake pedal must not be shortened by extra floor mats
   • Refer to BRAKE PEDAL, DISCONNECTING FROM BRAKE BOOSTER 
   • Refer to BRAKE PEDAL, ATTACHING TO BRAKE BOOSTER 
   • Refer to BRAKE PEDAL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING 
2. Bearing Bushing
   • Cannot be replaced
   • Note the installation position
3. Mounting Pin
   • Remove the mounting bracket to remove.
   • Do not lubricate or grease. The mounting pin must remain dry
4. Bearing Shell
   • Installed between the brake booster mount and the brake pedal
5. Mount
   • For the brake booster ball head
6. Bearing Bushing
   • Cannot be replaced
   • Note the installation position
7. Bushing
   • Oval
8. Bushing
   • Round
9. Bushings
   • Oval
10. Bracket
    • For Headlamp Range Control Module -J431-
11. Headlamp Range Control Module -J431-
12. Expanding Clip
13. Nut
    • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
    • Replace after removing
    • Self-locking
14. Clip
    • Replace after removing
    • For mounting pin
15. Pedal Assembly/Mounting Bracket
    • Refer to MOUNTING BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING 
16. Pedal Rubber

-- Tighten the nuts in the sequence shown to 25 Nm.
