Brake Caliper Piston, Removing And Installing, Six-Piston Brake: Installing

-- Clean the surface of the brake caliper piston only with mineral spirits and let it dry.

-- Apply a thin coat of Lithium Grease to the seal.

-- Insert the seal into the brake caliper.

-- Install protective cap on the piston.

-- Thinly coat the brake caliper pistons and the protective cap with Lithium Grease before installing.

-- Without tilting it, push the brake caliper pistons using constant pressure.

-- Press the protective cap into the groove on the brake caliper.

-- Repeat the work procedure on the next brake caliper piston.
