Brake Fluid Reservoir, Removing And Installing, Vacuum Brake Booster: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

-- Coat the plugs on the brake fluid reservoir with brake fluid.

-- Insert the brake fluid reservoir into the plugs in the brake master cylinder.

• After inserting, check if the brake fluid reservoir is engaged in the retainers and is seated securely.

-- Secure the brake fluid reservoir with the locking pin.

Vehicles with Manual Transmission: 

-- Bleed the clutch hydraulic. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .

Continuation for All Vehicles: 

-- Bleed the brake system. Refer to HYDRAULIC SYSTEM, BLEEDING .

-- Install the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
