Data Bus On Board Diagnostic Interface -J533-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, MANUAL TRANSMISSION: Removing

-- Remove the vehicle electrical system control module. Refer to Vehicle Electrical System Control Module -J519-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Loosen the fuse panel C from the bracket and move to the side. Refer to Fuse Panel C -SC- UNDER LEFT INSTRUMENT PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the driver side footwell vent. Refer to DRIVER SIDE FOOTWELL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -2 and 5-.

-- Disengage the bracket for the vehicle electrical system control module -1- on the instrument panel crossmember -4- toward the front in direction of -arrow-, to do so push the bracket upward until the pin -3- is disengaged.

-- Push the bracket for the vehicle electrical system control module -1- in the direction of the A-pillar in direction of -arrow A-.

-- Disconnect the connector -2-.

-- Release the catch -4- and remove the Data Bus on Board Diagnostic Interface -J533- -3- downward from the bracket in direction of -arrow B-.
