Telematics Emergency Battery -A16-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

• When installing the batteries pay attention to the correct polarity.
• An incorrect battery can damaged the control module. Replace a discharged battery with a new battery of the same voltage, size and specifications.
• An inappropriately performed battery replacement can damage the control module.
• Pay attention to the disposal regulations for the old battery.
