Hinges, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:
-- Install the hinge according the marking made during removal.
-- Adjust the hinge. Refer to SIDE, LENGTH AND HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT AT HINGE .
If the fender flange is being replaced the following adjustment should be performed:
-- Position the hinge -1- as shown and install the bolts -2-.
- At the same time the threads -3- are located in the lower rear corner. This corresponds to the maximum distance of the hood.
-- Adjust the hinge. Refer to SIDE, LENGTH AND HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT AT HINGE .
- When opening and closing the hood or the front doors pay attention to the clearance.
