Convertible Top Compartment Enclosure, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the convertible top compartment side trim panel on the front passenger side. Refer to CONVERTIBLE TOP COMPARTMENT SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Close the convertible top and the convertible top compartment cover.

-- Press the Convertible Top Compartment Enclosure Control Button - E896- to fold the convertible top compartment enclosure upward.

-- Release the front left lever arm -1- for the convertible top compartment enclosure at the locking tab in direction of -arrow A- and remove it upward in direction of -arrow B- from the lever -2-.

-- Remove the right convertible top compartment enclosure lever arm -1- from the mounting bracket -2- in direction of -arrow- and carefully set the convertible top compartment enclosure down.

-- Release the clamp -1- with a screwdriver in direction of -arrow A- and remove it.

-- Remove the convertible top compartment enclosure trim -2- by pushing to the right in direction of -arrow B- from the convertible top compartment enclosure motor.

-- Remove the convertible top compartment enclosure trim -1- from the right mounting bracket -2- in direction of -arrow-.

-- Carefully disengage the convertible top compartment enclosure and remove it from the vehicle.
