Battery Transport Mode, Deactivating

Procedure:

-- Connect the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to VEHICLE DIAGNOSTIC TESTER, CONNECTING .

-- Select Diagnostic mode and start the diagnosis.

-- Perform the vehicle identification.

-- Deselect "Working with Guided Fault Finding" by removing v and pressing Accept .

-- Switch to the "Special Functions" tab and select the following program:

19 - Activate/deactivate battery transport mode

-- Start the program using Perform test... .

-- Continue the program sequence.

NOTE:

Battery transport mode ensures that the vehicle will be able to start.

When battery transport mode is on, many functions such as the radio do not work or are limited.
