Overview - Charge Air System, 3.0L Engine

- Charge Air Cooler
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 3.0L ENGINE .
- If there are small impressions on the slats. Refer to RADIATOR AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .
- Air Duct Hose
- Must be free of oil and grease before installing
- From the Turbocharger
- To Intake Manifold
- Seal
- Replace if damaged
- Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- 7 Nm
- Repair solution for broken catch
- Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
- Thread cutting
- O-Ring
- Not available separately; replace if leaking -item ) OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR SYSTEM, 3.0L ENGINE - List Item: Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31- or damaged
