Lower Air Duct Pipe, Removing And Installing, 2.9L Engine: Removing

-- Pay attention to the guidelines for clean working conditions. Refer to GUIDELINES FOR CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .

Procedure, If the Radiator Is NOT Removed Do to Preliminary Work.

-- Remove the upper air duct pipe. Refer to AIR DUCT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH RADIATOR INSTALLED 2.9L ENGINE .

Procedure, If the Radiator Is Removed Due to Preliminary Work.

-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the Charge Air Cooler Temperature Sensor 1 -G763- and Charge Air Cooler Temperature Sensor 2 -G764-. Refer to CHARGE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the front coolant pipe. Refer to FRONT COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 2.9L ENGINE .

-- Loosen the screw-type clamp -2- and remove the air duct hose.
