-- Disconnect the battery. Refer to Battery -A-, Disconnecting And Connecting, 0K0 .

-- Remove the lock carrier trim panel. Refer to Lock Carrier Trim Panel, Removing And Installing .

-- Release the catch -2- and open the cover -1- -arrow-.

-- Remove the nuts -1, 2 and 6- and free up the wires -3, 4 and 5-.
