Coolant Pump, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

• Replace the O-ring after removing.
• Used coolant cannot be used again.

-- Clean and polish the sealing surface for the integrated silicone seal on the coolant pump.

-- Install the ribbed belt. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Additional procedures depending on the model. Refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
