Timing Mechanism Drive Chain, Removing And Installing: Installing

• Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn after removing them.

-- Bring the timing mechanism drive chain -2- into the installation position according to the identification applied.

-- Bring the guide rail -1 and 4- into the installation position.

-- Install the chain tensioner and tighten the bolts -3-.

-- Push back the guide rail of the chain tensioner for the drive chain with a screwdriver -arrow- and remove the :T03006  .

Further installation is performed in reverse order of removal, while noting the following:

-- Install the camshaft timing chain. Refer to CAMSHAFT TIMING CHAIN, REMOVING FROM CAMSHAFTS .
