Upper Coolant Lines On Turbocharger, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Remove the engine cover and heat shield. Refer to ENGINE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Engine codes DWKA/DWLA/DWNB/DWPA/DWRB:

-- Remove the Oxygen Sensor 1 Before Catalytic Converter -GX10- and Oxygen Sensor 2 Before Catalytic Converter -GX11-. Refer to HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Vehicle without particulate filter:

-- Remove the corresponding front muffler. Refer to FRONT MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Loosen the corresponding screw-type clamp -1 and 2- and move the catalytic converter toward the rear.

Vehicles with a particulate filter:

-- Remove the corresponding particulate filter. Refer to PARTICULATE FILTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolt -arrow- and then remove the retaining plate -3-.

Lest upper coolant line:

-- Remove the bolt -5- and remove the coolant line -4-.

Right upper coolant line:

Engine codes DWKA/DWLA/DWNB/DWPA/DWRB: left upper coolant line.

-- Remove the bolt -1- and remove the coolant line -2-.
