Ribbed Belt TENSIONER, Removing And Installing: Notes

Removing

After each repair there are two possibilities for the removal of the ribbed belt tensioner:

1. If the ribbed belt is installed:

TIP:

If the ribbed belt tensioner should be replaced a commercially available steel pin (4 mm diameter) can be used for locking the tensioner instead of the Locking Pin:T10060A  .

-- Remove the ribbed belt from the tensioner. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
