Rear Lid, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the rear lid upper trim panel. Refer to REAR LID UPPER TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the connectors and the antenna wires and free up the wiring harness.

-- Remove the gas-filled strut  . Refer to GAS-FILLED STRUT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Equipped on some models: remove the rear lid motor. Refer to Rear Lid Drive Unit -VX69- /Rear Lid Drive Unit 2 -VX77-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -2-.
