BRACKET FOR Fragrance System Functional Unit -GX43- AND Air Freshening System Control Module -J1101-, EMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Remove the driver side instrument panel cover. Refer to DRIVER SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release and disconnect the connector -1-.

CAUTION:

Risk of fragrance leaking when tilting the.

- If there is a fault in the Air Freshening System Control Module -J1101-, he Fragrance System Functional Unit -GX43- or the Fragrance Diffuser System Actuator -V687-, he fragrance container valves may be open.

- If fragrance system components are faulty, then both containers with fragrance must be removed before removing the bracket.

-- Press the locking mechanism -4- in the direction of -arrow A- and at the same time, remove the hose -3- from the Air Freshening System Control Module -J1101- with Fragrance Diffuser System Blower -V686- -2-.

-- Remove the expanding rivet -arrow-.
