1. Flange Nut
   • Replace after removing.
2. Front Lower Transverse Link
   • Removing and installing. Refer to FRONT LOWER TRANSVERSE LINK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Installation position. Refer to Figure.
3. Bolt
   • 40 Nm + 180°
   • Replace after removing.
   • Tighten in the curb weight position (refer to WHEEL BEARING, LIFTING TO CURB WEIGHT POSITION, VEHICLES WITH COIL SPRING ) or at the standard vehicle height (refer to WHEEL BEARING AT STANDARD VEHICLE HEIGHT, LIFTING VEHICLES WITH AIR SUSPENSION ).
4. Wind Deflector
   • There are different versions. Allocation. Refer to the Parts Information.
   • Removing and installing. Refer to WIND DEFLECTOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
5. Expanding Rivet
6. Impact Guard
   • Replace if damaged
   • Installation position. Refer to Fig 2.
7. Eccentric Screw
8. Subframe
9. Nut
   • 160 Nm
   • Replace after removing.
   • Tighten in the curb weight position (refer to WHEEL BEARING, LIFTING TO CURB WEIGHT POSITION, VEHICLES WITH COIL SPRING ) or at the standard vehicle height (refer to WHEEL BEARING AT STANDARD VEHICLE HEIGHT, LIFTING VEHICLES WITH AIR SUSPENSION ).
10. Eccentric Washer
11. Rear Lower Transverse Link
    • Removing and installing. Refer to REAR LOWER TRANSVERSE LINK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
12. Bolt
    • Replace after removing.
13. Nut
    • 130 Nm + 180°
    • Replace after removing.
    • Tighten in the curb weight position (refer to WHEEL BEARING, LIFTING TO CURB WEIGHT POSITION, VEHICLES WITH COIL SPRING ) or at the standard vehicle height (refer to WHEEL BEARING AT STANDARD VEHICLE HEIGHT, LIFTING VEHICLES WITH AIR SUSPENSION ).
14. Wheel Bearing Housing
15. Bolt
    • 70 Nm + 180°
    • Replace after removing.
    • Tighten in the curb weight position (refer to WHEEL BEARING, LIFTING TO CURB WEIGHT POSITION, VEHICLES WITH COIL SPRING ) or at the standard vehicle height (refer to WHEEL BEARING AT STANDARD VEHICLE HEIGHT, LIFTING VEHICLES WITH AIR SUSPENSION ).

• Installation is only permitted on vehicles without diagonal braces.

-- Connect the impact guard to the lower rear transverse link and align it.
