Lower Air Duct Pipe, Removing And Installing, 2.9L Engine: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

• Replacing the seals after removal.
• Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn after removing them.

-- If removed, remove the Charge Air Cooler Temperature Sensor 1 and 2 -G763- and -G764-. Refer to CHARGE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- If removed, install the front coolant pipe. Refer to FRONT COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 2.9L ENGINE .

-- If removed, install the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER .

-- If removed, install the upper air duct pipe. Refer to UPPER AIR DUCT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 2.9L ENGINE .

-- If removed, install the fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 2.9L ENGINE .
