1. Air Duct Pipe
2. Bolt
   • Tightening Specifications and Sequence. Refer to Figure.
   • Thread cutting
   • Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
3. Bolt
   • Tightening Specifications and Sequence. Refer to Figure.
   • Thread cutting
   • Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
4. O-Ring
   • Not available separately; replace if leaking -item  5 or damaged
5. Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-, EMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. Bolt
   • 5 Nm
7. Bolt
   • Tightening Specifications and Sequence. Refer to Figure.
   • Thread cutting
   • Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
8. Upper Air Guide Pipe
   • Removing and installing. Refer to AIR DUCT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
9. Bolt
   • Tightening Specifications and Sequence. Refer to Figure.
10. Lower Air Duct Pipe
    • Removing and installing. Refer to AIR DUCT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
11. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
12. Seal
    • Replace after removing.
13. Intake Manifold with Crankcase Ventilation Hose
    • The crankcase ventilation hose cannot be separated from the intake manifold. Note the information:
      • Crankcase Ventilation Hose on Intake Manifold, Rest of World Vehicles. Refer to Crankcase Ventilation Hose on Intake Manifold, Rest of World Vehicles .
      • Crankcase Ventilation Hose on Intake Manifold, USA Vehicles. Refer to Crankcase Ventilation Hose on Intake Manifold, USA Vehicles .
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, 3.0L ENGINE, AUDI A8 .
14. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
15. Seal
    • Replace after removing.
16. Turbocharger
    • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - TURBOCHARGER, 3.0L ENGINE .
17. Intake Air Temperature Sensor -G42- /Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor -G71-
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Intake Air Temperature Sensor -G42- /Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor -G71-, EMOVING AND INSTALLING .
18. Bolt
    • 5 Nm
19. O-Ring
    • Not available separately; replace if leaking -item  17 or damaged
20. Intake Manifold
    • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - INTAKE MANIFOLD .
21. Seal
    • Replace after removing.
22. Bolt
    • Tightening Specifications and Sequence. Refer to Figure.
    • Thread cutting
    • Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.

    • Replace after removing.
24. Throttle Valve Control Module -GX3-
    • Removing and installing. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
    • Cleaning. Refer to Throttle Valve Control Module -GX3-, LEANING .
