1. Rear Clamping Sleeve
   • For repairs
   • Before tightening, align the exhaust system without tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
   • Installation position. Refer to Fig 3.
   • Tightening Specification. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .
2. Rear Muffler
   • Original equipment is one unit with the center muffler
   • The center muffler and the rear muffler can be replaced individually if a repair is required.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Separating point between the center and rear muffler. Refer to EXHAUST PIPES/MUFFLER, DISCONNECTING, AUDI Q7/Q8 .
   • Exhaust System, Installing without Tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
3. Bolt
   • 23 Nm
4. Mount
   • Replace if damaged
   • Check the pretension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
5. Front Clamping Sleeve
   • Installation position. Refer to Fig 3.
   • Before tightening, align the exhaust system without tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
   • Tightening Specification. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .
6. Center Muffler
   • Original equipment as one unit with the rear muffler
   • The center muffler and the rear muffler can be replaced individually if a repair is required.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Separating point between the center and rear muffler. Refer to EXHAUST PIPES/MUFFLER, DISCONNECTING, AUDI Q7/Q8 .
   • Exhaust System, Installing without Tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
7. Front Muffler
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to FRONT MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • Exhaust System, Installing without Tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
   • Individual mounting components to transmission. Refer to Fig 2.
8. Seal
   • Replace after removing
9. Nut
   • Quantity: 3
   • Replace after removing
   • 23 Nm
10. Mount
    • Replace if damaged
    • Check the pretension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
11. Bolt
    • 23 Nm
12. Retaining Loop
13. Mount
    • Replace if damaged
    • Check the pretension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
14. Bolt
    • Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - UNDERBODY BRACING .
15. Mount
    • Replace if damaged
    • Check the pretension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
16. Bolt
    • 23 Nm
