Roller Bearing, Replacing: Removing

• Engine secured on the engine and transmission holder. Refer to ENGINE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the crankshaft. Refer to OVERVIEW - CRANKSHAFT .

-- Remove the balance shaft. Refer to BALANCE SHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the Fitting Tool:T40395  on the correct side on the roller bearing.

• The bevel -arrow- faces the roller bearing.

-- Align the Adapter :T40395/3  .

• The side without the bevel -arrows- faces down.

-- Remove the front roller bearing -1- and rear roller bearing -2- inward using the Spindle :T40395/1  , Adapter:T40395/2  and Adapter :T40395/3  by turning the Nut:T40395/4  .
