Outer Rear Axle Wheel Overview: Notes
- Stub axle
- Do not attempt to straighten
- Cover plate
- Oil seal
- Pry out with screwdriver
- Pack between the sealing lips with multipurpose grease
- Drive in with plastic-headed hammer up to stop
- Inner wheel bearing
- Drive out outer race with copper drift

- Do not wash out if re-using
- ABS wheel speed sensor rotor
- Only on vehicles with anti-lock brake system (ABS)
- Drive off evenly using drift inserted through the tapped holes in wheel hub

- Do not attempt to straighten
- Screw and washer assembly
- 30 Nm (22 ft lb)
- Wheel hub
- Before installing, pack hub with multipurpose grease
- Outer wheel bearing
- Drive out outer race with copper drift
