Retractor Cable Tube Assembly Overview

-- Remove sill panel trim. Refer to SILL PANEL TRIM ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW .

-- Pull up carpet in area of front seat.

1. Cap
2. Tube

   Removing  :

   -- Remove cable clip item  7.

   -- Unscrew combi bolt item  8.

   -- Unscrew bolt item  10.

   -- Unhook cap item  1.

   -- Press in spring lugs -arrows-.

   -- Pull cap item  6 out of tube item  2.

   -- Lift up spring lug with flat screwdriver.

   -- Slide locking-cap item  3 off cover item  4.

   -- Remove nipple item  5 from coupling item  4.

   Installing  :

   -- Install all components in reverse order of removal.

5. Nipple
6. Cap
   • Leads to retractor of B-pillar seat belt.
7. Cable clip
8. Bolt
   • 2.0 Nm (18 in lb)
   • Self-tapping
9. Spreader Nut
10. Bolt
    • 2.0 Nm (18 in lb)
    • Self-tapping
