B-Pillar Trim Assembly Overview
NOTE:
Outside lip of rear door seal must make contact over entire area of B-pillar trim. Pressing seal too firmly may cause wind noise due to overhanging lip.
- Cover Cap
- Remove downward before removing B-pillar trim.
- When installing, ensure that locking lug engages in center.
- Bolt
- 1.0 Nm (9 in lb)
- B-pillar Trim
Removing:
-- Pull cover B-PILLAR TRIM ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW => List Item: Cover Cap off downward.
-- Remove bolts B-PILLAR TRIM ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW => List Item: Bolt, B-PILLAR TRIM ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW => List Item: Bolt and remove trim.
Installing:
-- Screw in front bolt B-PILLAR TRIM ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW => List Item: Bolt first, then lower bolts.
-- Install rear bolt B-PILLAR TRIM ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW => List Item: Bolt last.
- Bolt
- 1.0 Nm (9 in lb)
- When installing trim, screw in front bolt first.
- Spreader Clip
- Spreader Nut
