Charge Air Cooler
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Charge Air Cooler, Removing And Installing, 3.0L Engine .
- If there are small impressions on the slats. Refer to Radiator And Condenser Assembly .
Air Duct Hose
- Must be free of oil and grease before installing
From the Turbocharger
To Intake Manifold
Seal
- Replace if damaged
Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-, Removing And Installing .
Bolt
- 7 Nm
- Repair solution for broken catch
- Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
- Thread cutting
O-Ring
- Not available separately; replace if leaking -item 6 or damaged
Air Duct Pipe
- Must be free of oil and grease before installing
Seal
- Replace if damaged
