Air Duct Pipe, Removing And Installing, With Radiator Installed 2.9L Engine: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

• Replacing the seals after removal.
• Check the O-ring of the crankcase ventilation for damage. Refer to Overview - Crankcase Ventilation .
• Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn after removing them.
• Secure all hose connections with hose clamps that match the ones used in series production. Refer to the Parts Information.

-- Install the oil filter element. Refer to Engine Oil Filter, Replacing

-- Install the air filter housing. Refer to Air Filter Housing, Removing And Installing .

-- Install the ribbed belt. Refer to Ribbed Belt, Removing And Installing .
