  1. Air Duct Pipe
  2. Bolt
    • Thread cutting
    • Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
    • Tightening Specifications and Sequence. Refer to Figure.
  3. Bolt
    • Thread cutting
    • Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
    • Tightening Specifications and Sequence. Refer to Figure.
  4. O-Ring
    • Not available separately; replace if leaking -item  5- or damaged
  5. Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-
  6. Bolt
    • 5 Nm
  7. Bolt
    • Thread cutting
    • Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
    • Tightening Specifications and Sequence. Refer to Figure.
  8. Upper Air Guide Pipe
  9. Bolt
    • Tightening Specifications and Sequence. Refer to Figure.
  10. Lower Air Duct Pipe
  11. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
  12. Seal
    • Replace after removing
  13. Intake Manifold with Crankcase Ventilation Hose
  14. Bolt
    • 9 Nm
  15. Seal
    • Replace after removing
  16. Turbocharger
  17. Intake Air Temperature Sensor -G42- /Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor -G71-
  18. Bolt
    • 5 Nm
  19. O-Ring
    • Not available separately; replace if leaking -item  17- or damaged
  20. Intake Manifold
  21. Seal
    • Replace after removing
  22. Bolt
    • Thread cutting
    • Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
    • Tightening Specifications and Sequence. Refer to Figure.
  23. Seal
    • Replace after removing
  24. Throttle Valve Control Module -GX3-
  25. Seal
    • Replace after removing
