Overview - Coolant Pipes

• The arrows on the coolant pipes and ends of coolant hoses must align.

1. Left Front Coolant Pipe
   • Removing and installing. Refer to LEFT FRONT COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
2. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
3. O-Ring
   • Replace after removing.
4. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
5. Front Coolant Pipe
   • Replace after removing.
   • Removing and installing. Refer to FRONT COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
7. O-Ring
   • Replace after removing.
8. O-Ring
   • Replace after removing.
9. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
10. Connection
11. O-Ring
    • Replace after removing.

    • 9 Nm
13. Large Right Rear Coolant Pipe
    • Removing and installing. Refer to LARGE RIGHT REAR COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

    • Replace after removing.

21. Small Right Rear Coolant Pipe
    • Removing and installing. Refer to SMALL RIGHT REAR COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

24. Rear Left Coolant Pipe
    • Removing and installing. Refer to LEFT REAR COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
25. Seal
    • Replace after removing.

    • Replace after removing.

    • Replace after removing.

Right Coolant Pipe - Tightening Specification 

-- Tighten the bolt -2- to 9 Nm. 

Coolant Pipes on Longitudinal Member - Tightening Specifications 

-- Tighten the nuts -3- to 5 Nm.

Coolant Pipe on Lower Longitudinal Member - Tightening Specifications 

-- Tighten the nuts -arrows- to 5 Nm.
