Gear Set

Hydraulic Pressure Reservoir
- Draining. Refer to ATF PUMP, DEACTIVATING AND DRAINING THE HYDRAULIC PUMP RESERVOIR .
- Removing and Installing. Refer to GEAR ACTUATOR MODULE AND HYDRAULIC PRESSURE RESERVOIR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Disposing. Refer to HYDRAULIC PRESSURE RESERVOIR, DISPOSING .
Dual Clutch
- Removing and Installing. Refer to DUAL CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Flywheel
- Removing and Installing. Refer to FLYWHEEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Alignment Sleeve
Seal
- Replace after removing
Transmission Housing Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
- Replace after removing
Transmission Fluid Pump
- Removing and installing. Refer to the appropriate service information.
Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to the appropriate service information.
Transmission Housing
- Removing and Installing. Refer to TRANSMISSION, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .
Seal
- Replace after removing
Oil Guide Piece Drive Axle
Differential Housing Bolt
- Replace after removing
- Tightening Specification. Refer to -item 8- OVERVIEW - CENTER DIFFERENTIAL => List Item: Bolt .
Circlip
- Replace after removing
Alignment Sleeve
Seal
- Replace after removing
Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 3.
- Replace after removing

-- Tighten the bolts in three steps in the sequence shown:

Step	Bolts	Tightening Specification
1	-1 to 9-	Install by hand evenly until the bolt head contact the transmission housing.
2	-1 to 9-	Tighten one after the other to 10 Nm + 90°
3	-Arrow-	Tighten the remaining bolts clockwise to 10 Nm + 90°

-- Push the centering bracket -A- all the way in.

Bolt -6- without centering sleeve.

-- Tighten the bolts in two steps in the sequence shown:

Step	Bolts	Tightening Specification
1	-1 to 6-	Install by hand evenly until the bolt head contact the transmission housing.
2	-1 to 6-	Tighten one after the other to 15 Nm + 90°
