Resetting the Release
NOTE:
To reduce the dissolving power and to make handling easier the following procedure is necessary:
- Operate the foot brake, start the engine and perform the position change N > D > N.
- Switch off the engine grasp the socket with two hands and pull upward.
- Operate the foot brake start the engine and perform the position change N > D > N.
NOTE:
When the parking lock is set "P" must be displayed in the in- strument cluster and in the Selector Lever Transmission Range Display -Y5-.
