Securing On Engine And Transmission Holder

- Shop Crane: VAS6100
- Engine and Gearbox Bracket: VAS6095A
- Transmission with Three-Phase Current Drive -VX54- (0DK)Transmission Holder: T40407
- Transmission without Three-Phase Current Drive -VX54- (0CJ, 0CL, 0CK, 0DN, 0DP, 0HL) either Transmission Support: T40206 or Transmission Holder: T40407
Procedure
-- Insert the Transmission Holder: T40407 in the Engine and Transmission Holder: VAS6095A .
Risk of damaging the transmission by mixing ATF and transmission fluid (MTF) through the same bleeder.
- The transmission filled with ATF and (MTF) transmission fluid must be tilted a maximum of 15° in lateral and longitudinal direction.
- If more of an incline is needed, then the ATF and MTF transmission fluids must be drained.
- Drain the ATF. Refer to the appropriate service information. .
- Drain the transmission fluid. Refer to the appropriate service information. .
Transmission Maximum Tilt
-- Insert the : T40407 in the : VAS6095A .
-- Lift the transmission using the : T40406 -1-. Refer to TRANSMISSION, TRANSPORTING .
-- Guide together the transmission using the : T40407 -2- and tighten.

Bolt -arrow B- = M10 X 120 "8.8"
Bolt -arrow C- = M10 X 50 "8.8"
Bolt -arrow C- = M10 X 50 "8.8"
