Spoiler, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the rear lid upper trim panel. Refer to REAR LID UPPER TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the connectors -1 and 3-.

-- Free up the cable grommets -2- by releasing the retainers -arrows-.

-- Remove the nuts -3-.

-- Release the clip -1- with needle nose pliers -arrows-.

-- Close the rear lid.

-- Press the spoiler -2- off of the rear lid using the :T10383/1  and remove it.

-- If the spoiler is to be replaced, also remove the following components:

• High-mounted brake lamp. Refer to HIGH-MOUNTED BRAKE LAMP BULB, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
