-- Remove the exhaust system clamping sleeves. Refer to OVERVIEW - MUFFLER and OVERVIEW - EMISSIONS CONTROL SYSTEM .

-- Remove the cover for the rear tunnel brace. Refer to TUNNEL BRACE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the nuts -2- and bolts -1-.

-- Push the underbody trim panels -3 and 4- to the side.

-- Remove the heat shield -1-.
