-- Pay attention to the safety precautions when working with pyrotechnic components. Refer to SAFETY PRECAUTIONS .

-- Remove the front passenger seat. Refer to FRONT SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the seat frame trim panel on the tunnel side. Refer to SEAT PAN, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .

-- Remove the seat frame trim panel on the side sill side. Refer to SEAT PAN, DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING .

-- Remove the bolts -1 and 3-.

-- Remove the child seat anchor -2- toward the rear from the front seat.
