-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and the left engine support -1-.

-- Remove the nuts -arrows- and free up the wires (example image).

-- Secure the starter on the engine.

-- Secure the engine to the Engine and Transmission Holder:VAS 6095 as shown, for this, note the installation instructions from the manufacturer.

-- Secure the Engine Bracket V8 TFSI MLB:VAS 6095/1-18B -item 2- and the Engine Bracket V8 TFSI:VAS 6095/1-17A -item 3- with 40 Nm.
